About Me

 

Hi, I'm Michelle. My passion for baking began in high school, and later I pursued my studies at the Culinary Institute of America.

After graduating, I worked for three years at a Michelin-starred French restaurant in New York. It was after that experience that I discovered my true love for creating artistic cakes. I began learning and growing in this craft in Bellevue, WA, the place where my dream first took root. Since then, this journey has been incredibly meaningful to me. What brings me the most joy is sharing happiness with others through my creations and becoming a small part of the joyful moments in their lives.
